Q: I was backing out my driveway &this car was parked but the front of his car was sticking out of my driveway.whos fault?

A: The answer depends on what a judge or jury would determine my guess it would be the fault of the person backing up.

A: Your backing out of your driveway and have to be safe doing so. Even though they were blocking part of it, you are more at fault. Sorry

A: Although you could make the argument that the other vehicle was obstructing your path and shouldn’t have been there, their insurance would likely argue that the primary fault is with your vehicle.
