Q: Does a landlord in the state of Ohio have to disclose prior criminal activity to prospective tenants?
Someone's been outside my house, and tried to gain access. This former tenant has broken into this has after eviction, had a marijuana possession charge, and alot of domestic disturbances against girlfriend. Also in the past was involved in a felonious assault.
