We bought into a timeshare in USA

Will the bankruptcy accept that as part of the debt.

A: You can abandon the timeshare and be absolved of the debt through a bankruptcy. There is not much to go on here in terms of facts and circumstances, so I advise you direct your inquires to Counsel familiar with bankruptcy in your jurisdcition

A: If the timeshare is your only debt, I recommend contacting the timeshare developer directly or through an attorney to offer it back to them in return for a discharge of the debt you owe. They frequently agree to this when I approach them on behalf of clients.

A: It will be part of the estate if you file. You can abandon it and walk away or you may be able to proct it and keep it depending on the value.
