Well the tanant which is my mother . And she is out of town in another counrty kind of an emergency . Its just me (i am on the lease) and my cousin and nephew ( they are not) we all have the same last names and my mother been living here for 20+ years, I guess the landord been seeing him (cousin) on camera, and he is darkskin (dont know if that has anything to do with anything but maybe the landlord thinks hes not related to us or that we are subleting). Also the rent is stabilized and my mom recently signed a 2 year lease which was returned by mail with landlords signiture. A: Unless you are an attorney you would not be able to represent your mother. However an attorney can becretained to do so.
