A: If you were subjected to sexual harassment by anybody in a professional setting and you need to bring this to the attention of the appropriate person or department would be responsible for investigating and handling such complaints. Your employer is subject to the civil rights act in as an intern although you were not in employee as you state you are still a worker under their guidance and supervision and sexual harassment Is unlawful in this context
