Q: Need help with my imperial rate for amputated index finger finger 2 joints lost and the doctor gives 8% which is too low

I was operating the saw machine i cut off my index finger and the follow up doctor sent me to the rate doctor and the doctor gives me only 8% damage to my index finger it's not fair enough for losing the finger if there is help?

A: From your description, it sounds like this could be a workers' comp matter (use of a saw and a percentage loss). Contact a workers' compensation attorney without delay.
