Q: I have a intent to deliver charge , this is how it was brought to me , I was sitting in a coffee shop in Seattle,

Well I was sitting down when a patrol officer walked in and started calling me Mr. Miller, I said I'm not Mr Miller, then two bike cops comes in and and say I fit the description of a car prowler, then they started to harrass me continues to keep calling me Mr Miller ,then said I was a liar. I in turn said show me proof that there is a 911 call saying I fit the description, they said we don't have to . Then I said Im not Mr Miller and went to stand up and leave they read me my Miranda rights and arrested , now here's what I'm getting to they run my name I have two warrants, one was a fta, the other one doesn't matter . I get timed served for the sec. Charge but the FTA is for a something I was never arrested for to be released on pr , to have a fta. This charge I was never arreseted for to have a fta for . How can they do that is that possible
