Q: Need to find out how to protest a sale of an asset from an estate in probation in texas.
The asset was sold for $25,000 less than its fair market value. I know Texas law allows for beneficiary to file a protest to the probate judge to have sale abated. Texas law does not require beneficiary to file suit, but not sure what is required to file protest
The monetary difference of sale and fair market value of asset abated any inheritance devisee would have received.
