Q: are there any way to read a full landmark case, from allegation of the infringement to conviction of the case itself?
the information that is presented in the website is in a form of opinion of the supreme justice.
A:
There are likely a number of steps you have to take, and a little bit of detective work if you are unfamiliar with legal proceedings. First, you will need to identify the intermediate appellate court's case number (the court from which the opinion your reading), as well as the jurisdiction of that appellate court. Then find that appellate court's website, and see if you can do a docket search to locate that appellate opinion to identify the lower (trial) court case number and where the lawsuit was filed. Rarely can you identify the trial court case number directly from the second-level appellate review (a supreme court, whether the U.S. or a specific state). Once you have the trial court case number, then you have to go to that particular court's website and do another docket search. Sometimes, trial courts have all the records and information available online, or you may need to go in person to the courthouse to review the filings in the case.
If you have access to a law library, ask a librarian for assistance. Sometimes you can get access to Westlaw or Lexis for free, which may help you locate the trial court directly from the supreme court case you found.
Unfortunately, the US legal system is not as well connected technologically to make this process a straightforward one without a paid database like Westlaw or Lexis. Good luck!
