A: These facts are very vague. Reliability of confidential informant testimony is always based on the facts, both facially and contextually. More details are necessary to provide a professional analysis of your issue. The best first step is an Initial Consultation with an Attorney such as myself. You can read more about me, my credentials, awards, honors, testimonials, and media appearances/ publications on my law practice website, www.AliEsq.com. A: There aren’t enough facts to determine if this was a situation that involved a confidential informant. More details would be needed regarding the circumstances of your arrest, what was pulled from your pocket, etc. You should contact an attorney to discuss your case details to get a better understanding of what you’re facing.
