Q: If you sign a prenuptial agreement stating you will have no rights to husband's home in a divorce or death of him

And now the husband wants a divorce does this protect him and assure he will keep his home?

A: Probably, but it's worth taking a copy of the prenuptial agreement to the lawyer you hire to represent you in your divorce to see if he or she can find a way around it.
