Q: Hello, I have a case that is dated back to 1994/95 and was a felony fraud case for over payment from Social Services.
I don’t have the money to go back to San Diego to clear this charges or get it expunged. I have several job opportunities but this is now becoming a problem when completing back ground checks. How can I get this cleared as quickly and cheaply as possible?
