Q: My daughter is going to be turning 5 years old her father finally stepped up to the plate he gets SSDI benefits

In the state of Rhode Island My daughter's father just stepped up to the plate he has been collecting SSDI benefits for many years now I have full custody of our daughter he said I'd be able to put her on his disability to she's going to be turning 5 years old this year was wondering how many years do they go back on back pay on his SSDI he hasn't gave me nothing since she has been born like I said he finally stepped up to the plate and said I'd be able to put her on his disability thank you so much for your time and your help
