Told nothe  officer told me to step outside so he could make a report. We get to  
His car and he puts me in back seat. I was arrested on a warrant fot a seat belt ticket. My husband had been hold my bag then he sat it down on side walk where it was left for like 15 mins. People were coming in and out of this store with the bag just sitting there. Not one time did he ask me about the money. Hr didnt even take it from the clerk iI went to jail on a 2nd degree felony for meth. Over an illegal detainment and ilegal search and seizure. If he didnt report the reason he stopped me there no probable cause. The next morning the judge let me go saying to many indescripences in the report. Then they picked it up again 2 weeks later. Causing me to have to do a walk through. Now im waiting to see if ill be charged. Please tell me how they cam put a warrant out on someone when they havent been charged with anything Please give me advice as to what i can do to get this thrown out.  Thank you
