Q: Are all ex post facto claims, constitutional claims?
I am writing an end-thesis on ex post facto and was wondering if all claims of Ex post Facto, are constitutional claims. I am guessing that they are in America since the Ex Post Facto clause is vested in the Constitution, however I don't believe the United Kingdom does. Are these claims still considered constitutional over there?
And because the friendly gentleman who answered first implied I am asking others to do the work for me, I am not. Seeing as my thesis does not solely base itself on the question of whether or not all ex post facto claims are constitutional in the United Kingdom.
