Q: can i file for pmc for kids and why is adoption wanting an adoption for benifits dont want money only boys back

the adoption agency removed the boys in october due to natural disaster fixed problem wont give them back they keep putting one thing after another i complied with cps for 17 months no problem now after 2 visits they remove them dont help me out with any thing at all now i need divorce it will take up to 6 months they didnt tell me i had a court date on the 7 for pmc there tring to bring in another person who aint even blood related ive had them the majority of there lives on is 5 ive had him since he was one the other is gonna be 2 he was 16 days old there my neices boys she lost custody ive had them and i just found out about pmc i asked the adoption lady she said they want them to be adopted for the benefits i dont want money i just want my boys back home the only place they have known she said may was the dead line i feel hopeless nobody will guide i found out about pmc my self and dont know why they say no i desperatley need help plz someone help me
