Q: Fathers rights terminate by court b4 she was 1. Now 14 yrs. Can he now put himself on c/s when she don't need it
She don't know them nor does she want to.
A: What a caring and selfless thing to do. However, they probably lack standing to bring any cases related to the termination since the rights were terminated. The order may have addressed the child support obligation. My suggestion is to read it to ascertain. Good luck.
