Q: Can a paramour demand a paternity test when husband claims to be the father?

Had and ended an affair. I got pregnant a month later. Husband does not want divorce and wants legal custody of the child. Paramour’s wife wants a paternity test. Can they make us take one?

A: Yes the mother of the child can get an order for blood testing of the child and the alleged father.
