Q: Have been divorced for 2 yrs. Decree says Divorce with no children. Ex now says a child is mine and wants child support.

Will a judge order me to pay? Ex was the petitioner in the divorce. We have both since remarried.

A: I agree with previous attorney; you should seek advice from a family law attorney. It would be in your interest to seek a DNA paternity test to establish fatherhood, then go from there.
