And they are telling me thay since i was adolted when i was 5 that i cant move out till im 21. And they are ruining all of our lives. Now i cant go to college up here or graduate or anything. And we have alrwady missed 2 months of school. And i was wondering what age i had to be to move out in a situation like this or what it would take to get emancipated
A: If you are over 18, you are a legal adult, and have the right to move out. This is true, unless, someone has obtained a guardianship over you.
