Q: Verizon come install cable I left my window up cat got out they never close the window and were on 3floor

the cat is know miss and i would love my cat back there are responsible for this action

A: To the best of my knowledge there is no answer to this question, in part because it is not a legal question. Leave the window open a few days to see if your cat will come back home.

A: Possibly but all you can get is the market value of your cat--not what it means to you. You would also have to show you have tried to get it and it can't be found. The other attorney suggested leaving the window open. I suggest window open and the cat's favorite food sitting there--at least while someone is in the area to make sure you don't end up attracting birds etc.
