Q: My fiancé has been in jail since November he will have time served for misdemeanor but still doesn’t have a court date

For fel pos<50 his lawyer has failed at responding to me or him what do I do now

A: He will be given time served for any misdemeanor 's hold in Bell County once the felony is completed.

A: His attorney is the best person to answer your questions... assuming your fiancé signed a release allowing you to be informed about the case. If your fiancé has been in jail since November then he almost certainly has an attorney by now, but the attorney might not be willing to talk to you, especially if it is a court-appointed attorney.
