A person cannot violate the terms of a parole that he or she was not on. You should get a copy of those documents right away and send them to the attorney handling his case. Yes they can refile the charges within the SOL, but they cannot proceed if the 180 days has been exceeded correct? Especially if it has been over 365 days.
