A: More info is needed to properly evaluate your case.

However, it is always a good idea to contact a local attorney that handles these cases, in the courthouse to which you are ordered to appear. Most lawyers would offer a free appointment.

In other words, I am in Palm Springs and you don’t want to hire a Palm Springs lawyer for an Orange Co case.

Most criminal and accident lawyers will offer a free consultation to review the facts. If this is an intentional act then insurance will not cover it. Whether the company would be responsible is a big unknown...and then whether you could collect from whoever is liable is a bigger question.

Call a local attorney to discuss this matter in more detail and request an appointment.

Don't discuss your matter on a platform like this as what you say can be used against you.

Good Luck

A: If you are hurt, go to the hospital. Your workers compensation insurance should pay for it.

If the people that attached you work for the company and you can identify them, report them to management. If nothing happens, file a police report and talk to a lawyer near you. You may have a civil and criminal case against them. Also, look into a civil restraining order right away. Best of luck!!!
