Officer aggressive starts looking through the drivers side with his flash light. Then proceeds to ask if I have drugs in the car he ask if I have any Cannabis I said don't smoke. This is the point where I realized they where looking for drugs and that this was no longer a routine traffic stop. This is the point where I requested an attorney. Officer says you want to do this the hard way and proceeds to his squad car then comes back and grabs me and putts me in hand cuffs. Tells me I am not being put under arrest but that I am being detained. They start searching my car and tell me that there taking me to the police Station. His partner jumps in my car and starts driving it to the police station. While I'm in the patrol car watching him go through my Lexus behind him. illegal Search continued.

A: Have you been charged with a crime? If so, you need to hire an attorney to assist you right away. The sooner you hire an attorney the better. If you have not been charged with a crime, there is not much you can do at this point.
