Q: At my hearing my attorney didn't ask any questions

The only positive thing was the judge said if I move let social security and my att know where I'll be

A: Not sure of your question. But Social Security is usually an administrative proceeding, which is not an actual trial. Hearsay Evidence is almost completely admissible, especially when it is written, so you do not have evidentiary objections. And your attorney apparently felt the record was enough for your Case. You should ask him about it.
