Q: I want to know should I pursue small claims court?
Ask stylist through a series of text for certain services. she ruined the hair extensions. The hair not color as requested in the text pic. Hair lifted up the third day of during it. I have to pay someone to remove and replace. She block me for no reason. Don't want to take ownership. Have all texts, pics and her confirming she can get the right color. She ruined the hair because she could not get the color. I have two stylist saying getting that color is doable. You just have to know how to color the extensions. Did a customer review of her. She in turn had friends/ family in box me calling me" a whore, a snake.." I do not know these individuals. I have a right to do a customer review. I gave her every opportunity to correct her work and be a professional. I was overwhelmed initially, I missed 3 hours of work the first day when the hair came out like RONALD MCDONALD color. The second try she completely ruined the hair. spent $325.00 she does not want to reimburse me.
A: You can file suit in Justice court for any amount under $10,000.00. You better have the hair stylist you say she did it wrong, and who are able to explain how it should have been done, and what is required to correct it, willing to come to court to testify for you.
