Q: I need to know what form or If i can write it myself for change in custody agreement in Nelson County Ky.

I am a father and my child's mother only lets me get him 1 day a week and not let me have him on weekends like are original court order. I need to know what form or if I can write a paper myself to get in front of the judge. Have contacted the clerks office they said there is no papers they have and cant help me to say what I need to get a change in custody form to file I don't have the money for a lawyer but Ky passed a law for parents ti both have joint custody but my childs mother wont unless I take her to court and have a change in our order. If there is no forms in this county as the clerks said do I just write to the judge asking for a court date for a change in custody order. The clerks said contact a lawyer and or legal aid but they dont help with custody legal aid doesnt and a lawyer wont talk unless they are paid. I need help asap on what to do or how do I go about representing myself and getting a court date or how to get the right papers i need to file in Nelson County.
