A: It could depend on their seniority in the firm, their role in bringing the case in, or if it was a difficult case that had to go to trial. Sometimes the efforts of the attorney could be reflected in a bonus. For an entry-level associate working in a large firm, the case might not really make an impact on their salary, especially if it's a firm with thousands of files and the cases are more or less interchangeable among staff until they get to trial.
