Q: How to set up a touring company in another country?
Hi, I am trying to start a touring company in Jamaica with my brother. He will be responsible for hiring and securing proper licensing and management of drivers in Jamaica, (already hired one) and I will be in Florida, running the business, banking and marketing end. What would be the best way to structure this business? Should it be an American LLC or a Jamaican corp? Please help.
