Q: Which attorney or attorney group would be willing to initiate a class action suit against a health care provider?
In August 2018, a health care provider delivered through FedEx, a broken piece of CPAP medical equipment, which I was unable to use for my diagnosed sleep apnea. I was unsuccessful in getting the equipment returned until February 2019. Since November 2018 when I received the first billing statement, I've been attempting to get this health care provider to properly submit claims to my insurance companies. Despite multiple phone calls and correspondence, the insurance companies were unable to get the claims resolved with this health care provider. Insurances will not accept the physician billing lead to supply the diagnostic codes directly. The provider never supplied a working CPAP machine despite being told in Aug '18 AND hasn't even called me to replace the original broken equipment. I have approximately $1,200 in billings, including one for July (pre-delivery). The company has repeatedly denied that they've placed the account(s) in collections to my physician/insurances. Please help!

Regardless of how frustrating and expensive this travail has been for you, it has none of the required legal earmarks to support a simple lawsuit, let alone support a class action. Rather than search for a lawyer or law firm to help you bring fire and brimstone down upon the heads of all the incompetent people involved since August 2018,
IMPO you should stop, take a deep breath, relax and then think about the several different aspects of this SNAFU; and then--after deciding which issue is the most important-- you should concentrate on fixing that problem first.
For example, if being billed monthly for equipment you do not have is most important to you, then go to your bank and instruct the bank to stop allowing the electronic withdrawals from your account. If they say no, then close the account, take all your money and go open another bank account at some other bank--and do not sign up for anymore automatic withdrawals at the new bank.
