Wait; what? Why on earth would you post this embarrassing question on this public forum, forever branding you own daughter as a person who forges documents--and then add the comment about the forgery being your signature?
My first reaction was the same as that of Mr. Ferro: hire a criminal defense lawyer to defend your (wayward) daughter.
However, after see the comment about whose signature your daughter forged, I took my lawyer hat off and put on my angry father hat. You should do the same.
