Q: Ex filed for sole custody on basis Im a drug abusing unfit mom, false, after 7 yrs of divorce bc I filed for support.
We divorced 7yrs ago and I waived child support. I recently requested child support to which he refused and after I filed for child support is when he filed for sole custody. As an RN, I have taken numerous drug tests and have never been positive. False allegations is his last-ditch effort to keep from paying me child support. My fiancé and I have two other non-custodial parents that we share children with and have written statements to attest to our parenting skills and ability. Any other advice to have his false defaming allegations dismissed?
