Q: Hello my name is Lisa and i am having issues with getting a fair settlement from liberty mutual for a total loss vehicle

Is there an attorney for property loss. There was no injury in the accident.

A: There may be a claim for bad claims handling--why not contact a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Assn--they give free consults. Review with them what happened in the wreck--you may have a concept of injury different from the legal definition.

A: There are attorneys who handle property damage cases. However, attorney fees could be different that the standard contingency fee basis applied in car accident cases involving injury.
