Q: Hello my name is Lisa and i am having issues with getting a fair settlement from liberty mutual for a total loss vehicle

Is there an attorney for property loss. There was no injury in the accident.

A: There may be a claim for bad claims handling--why not contact a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Assn--they give free consults. Review with them what happened in the wreck--you may have a concept of injury different from the legal definition.

A: There are attorneys who handle property damage cases. However, attorney fees could be different that the standard contingency fee basis applied in car accident cases involving injury. For property damage alone, you and the attorney could negotiate a fee that is reasonable and fair based on the value of the car and whether liability is being contested. Good luck
