For theft by taking I recieved a letter saying pay 15k 1rst month 10k 2 month and 5k 3rd month I was fired ant last 2week checks was took

A: If you have already been arrested and have been given a repayment plan then stop spending time here on Justia talking about it and get busy paying back the money you stole--unless you want to go to jail.
