Q: In FLA when is a CI consider not creditable?

The CI was recently living at the same hotel as the suspect. Suspect knows every inch of the hotel. Video starts where suspect enters the hotel, but he's moving the cameras around so you don't know what he's doing. Police report States only two occasions, which was the two control buy. Charges are drug charges, sell of a gun by convicted felon. Video does not show handing over of a gun but there's talk about it. Police saying that the CI very creditable. Two years prior CI was arrested. Police report STATES that he lied to the police when they pulled him over and found drugs. During the process of the controlled buy the CI was fired from his job for stealing. During the process of the controlled buy the CI had to leave the hotel where the suspect was living fraudulent use of a credit card. During the process under control buy the CI purchased drugs that was not mention. During one of the control buy CI was shorted came next day get rest of it. No report about that.
