An attorney who deals with SSDI matters (and who could hopefully give you meaningful direction here) would have better chances of picking up your question if you added a couple of categories, or reposted. Try adding "Social Security" and "Public Benefits" to your categories. Or you could also approach SSDI attorneys directly; many of them offer free initial consults. Good luck
