If you are represented by an attorney, please provide their contact information and have them reach out to our office immediately. We will not discuss this matter further with you if you have retained counsel. Further, our office will not be providing you information protected by the attorney-client privilege.
Our office has previously offered you payment options. If you choose to decline the offer, we will continue prosecuting the lawsuit that has been filed against you. If you do not understand your legal rights, I urge you to contact an attorney who is a member of the Florida Bar.
