Q: Can i suspend / pause a child support order? While i appeal my case? ...or should i appeal my case?
I went to a hearing though unemployed at the moment the hearing officer use my old income which is 2200 before taxes a month but because of changes in the company i made under 2000 from the beginning of this year up until i got fired even though i was fired and did not make full time from last year the officer calculated my income at 2200 a month i have 5 dependents living with me and was given a 400 dollar credit for 5 depentds but i was ordered to pay 900 for one child I'm not sure how this was calculated but would not be able to pay rent ,car insurance, light bill, and phone bill of 1000 0r 1100 nothing is in this for my kids that lives with me i have the cheapest phone plan, cheapest car, insurance always turns lights of when not in use keeps air condition at 78/79 etc i don't buy name brand anything and don't drink neither smoke meals are home made yet wouldn't be able to make it please is there any thing i can do to help this problem please and thanks in dvance
