Daly City, CA asked in Civil Litigation and Construction Law for California

Q: The district court judges and clerk violated laws and rights. How and where do I sue the federal judge?

The judges and clerk of the US District court prejudiced against the ProSe for not admitting the crimes the defendants lawyer tried to make up. Then the judges were bias and prejudice so we requested the judge to recuse from the case but refused to do so. After the recusal request, the lawyer openly mentioned in court filing that "judges will not read our motions as they did before" . We knew what was going on but we had no choice just to put up. The judges grant everything their co-worker requested and dragged over one year for the simple thing said "Defendants do not have any defense for the accusations made by plaintiffs". The extension request made three times and ll granted. After, the judge dismissed my complaint because I caused the delays and burden the court with dockets. No oral argument or motion hearing except once with the judge and buddy interrupted me to run their own way.

How do I file claim against the judge for what he did and prevent further abuses.

A: You don't sue the judge. Judges are generally immune from civil liability for their actions in court. As a practical matter, they are entitled to latitude, and they don't even have to be right 100% of the time. They have to deal with what they have as best they can. If the ultimate result of the case is unfavorable, your remedy is an appeal.
