Q: Can I sue a company If they’re charging me more than the contract that I got?
I’ve been going to this fitness company for months and they’re were charging me with the contract that I got but last week they charged me 3 times in just one week but My contract is by-weekly

It's possible you could; virtually anyone can. But suing can be costly and time consuming. Why not first contact them and ask them about the charges. If their customer support will not work with you to rectify the misunderstanding, then you could think about such legal options. Good luck
