Q: exwife roommate gave police my gun and drugs she said were mine

4 months ago a rented a room from exwife I paid the rent about $1100 a month, well in June I had someone over and she saw him smoke a meth pipe. so she asked me to leave end of month,so 4th of July went up north was gone 10 days. July she called asked if I wasn't leaving if not pay whole month rent we agree I pay till the 12th. July 9 she call me said the house got robbed asked if i was home at all, so I come home on July 11 and locks changed , she said come backl later. so I show up at 5:30 pm with her son outside in the driveway with all my things that were in my room when I left.I left went to storage and a hour later the police show tell me im under arrest for felon poss. a gun he said he got my fingerprints off gun and a bag of meth. so in my car they found a bag of meth and a pipe a baton and in storage they found 2 rounds of buckshot.charged me addict with a loaded gun. I read the police report from the robbery she accused me. nothing said when police were there on 9th
