I had 30 days to leave voluntarly and pay a fee of $500 if I appeal is there any chance I could stay. I have 2 kids of age 18 & 19. One of them still goes to school and the one works. A: Under the circumstances and the fact that you have 30 days to depart, the best course of action for you is to speak in person with an immigration attorney that can review and analyze your long history with the immigration authorities. Best regards.
