Q: I’m just now receiving a notice for child support. The baby is 4. What are the odds that I can get Full custody ?
The mother never informed me that she was pregnant. Now 4yrs later I’m hit with Child Support papers. What are the odds of getting full custody of the child if he’s mine? What steps do I need to take to ensure I get full custody? Of course after a DNA test. Court date is next month.
