Q: What was discussed, agreed and signed in front of judge at my Temporary Custody isn't matching the Final Court Order
Example: We never discussed "Court Ordered Supervised Visitation"
Court was in 2015 ..2 years after ivisitation (50/50) based on our work schedules. 2 years later, after divorce from wife#3 & dating future wife #4 he says I have to follow the court order Supervised Visitation at Kidshare. I didn't even know what or who Kidshare was! On what grounds did they have to order me this? why wasn't it discussed in court 2 years ago? $25 for 1 hr with my daughter 1 day a week for about a year but had to stop due to lack of money and health issues with my mother out of state. I have not seen or talked to my 13 yr old daughter in over a year..my ex won't reply and I'm just now back on my feet and plan to sue my ex and his attorney. I DO NOT want to take my daughter away from my ex and the stability of his new home(he never notified me) and school. He loves our daughter but he lives above his means(until wife #4) it's all about social acceptance and money with him... Please Help.
A: Certainly, you should have rights to see your daughter. It sounds like you may have grounds for a contempt or enforcement action. If so, you could ask for reimbursement of your attorney fees if you prevail. Let us know if you still need any other legal assistance at 888-343-4529.
