A: MORE INFO NEEDED.

WHAT COURT? DA? PRIOR RECORD? WHO IS LAWYER?

QUITE HONESTLY THAT IS A QUESTION YOU SHOULD ASK OF YOUR LAWYER WHO HAS ALL THE INFO IN FRONT OF HEIM/HER.

I ASSUME SHE HAS ALREADY PLED OR BEEN CONVICTED AND THIS IS A VIOLATION OF PROBATION.

IF THIS IS FIRST APPEARANCE BEFORE COURT, IF HANDLED CORRECTLY, SHE WILL NOT GO TO JAIL.
