A: I'm sorry for the impact this injury has had upon your life. You chose categories that make sense for injury/disability. But you mention the Industrial Commission of Arizona. If this involves an injury that occurred in the course of your employment, and you had a workers' compensation attorney at the time, they might the best place to start. If you were not represented by an attorney, contact an Arizona workers' comp attorney to see if they could assess your situation. If the stipulation agreement you mention precludes further options in that vein, maybe they could suggest other options or recommend other attorneys. Most workers' comp attorneys offer free initial consults. You could find an Arizona workers' comp attorney on this site (Find-a-Lawyer - above, to the right) or through your own independent searches. Good luck
