Q: Help! Company leasing to college kids said it’s unbreakable!?

I’m a college student who got a sublease to cover for me while I moved out of Athens to Atalanta for work. My contract said you can’t buy out of the lease or transfer it over to someone else and they don’t have a clause for if a tenant were to get hurt or move they said it’s not going to break and you can’t get out of it. I have to sublease but I don’t want to be held responsible for a lease that i will have a hundred miles away. Is that even legal? It said unless you die or are a military service person who is deployed, you can’t leave it. I know I signed it but it was wrong of me to assume there was a buy out clause like most other leases and not read that section fully. They invade our privacy by showing our rooms off to spectators while we’re still home (I was asleep and they said they wouldn’t open a closed bedroom because if we were home and they did) they give 24 hour notice though and so I know it’s legal it’s just slimy and rude. I don’t want a tie to this place, any way out?
