Anaheim, CA asked in Family Law for California

Q: I want to know what rights i have to my daughter who lives with her father.

My 3 youngest children have lived with their father their entire life (including before we seperated) when we split up 10 years ago they went to live with him and his new girlfriend (whom 10 years later are still together). My youngest 2 children are biologically his children however the oldest of the 3 children my 15 year old is not biologically his. She does have his last name although his name is not on her birth certificate nor did he sign a declaration of paternity, we had a DNA test done at 6 mos old, however she has resided with him her whole life. So what rights do i still have for her

A: There are so many variables at play her that you really need to sit down face-to-face with a Family Law professional. This is not a discussion to hold by email as the answers to each of your questions engender more questions. So it is going to be very much of a back and forth conversation. There are too many unanswered questions to give you a competent response to your inquiry.
