Q: my husband wants to give me the house in exchange for not touching touch his pension, but has not mention spousal suppo

I haven't worked in 15 years. he worked on his job for for 35 years.

A: There is no way to tell, from the information you gave, if that would be a wise decision or not. One important factor is the length of the marriage. If it is a quite long marriage that pension could be a significant asset that would help support you in the years to come. If this is a long term marriage it seems doubtful the house has enough equity to offset what you may be giving up.

I'm not surprised he has not mentioned spousal support. Under the scenario you describe he would, in most cases, be ordered to pay spousal support.

You really need to sit down with a family law expert and go over the numbers before you make any commitments. It appears that there is too much at stake both for the short term and into you future, for you make these decisions without proper advice. Don't be bullied into making a decision that could impact you far into the future.
